Cancellation Policy

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. 
  • The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
  • If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night in the 7 days before arrival.
  • Imagine you've booked accommodation for your trip but find that you have to cancel at the last minute.   With a UK holiday & break Insurance, it may not take away the disappointment, but it can help minimise the financial impact. Perhaps it is something to consider.

Damages Policy

We strive to maintain high standards in our rooms. 

Accidents happen, but please be aware that we may charge for damaged items.

Lost Property

It happens to us all - something gets left behind!

We always wish to reunite items with their owners, so please contact us as soon as possible. 
We will happily keep unclaimed items for up to 6 weeks.
